ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม - ย้ายหลักเขต มาตรา ๓๘มาตรา ๖๗หรือมาตรา ๗๔มีความผิดต้อง - ไม่ให้ถ้อยคำ ระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาทหรือจำคุกไม่เกิน สามเดือนหรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ
