Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedเพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดที่ดิน การสำรวจที่ดิน หรือการสำรวจความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของดินคณะกรรมการ จะจัดให้มีการสำรวจที่ดินก็ได้ เมื่อเป็นการสมควรจะสำรวจที่ดินในท้องที่ใด ให้คณะกรรมการประกาศท้องที่นั้นเป็นเขตสำรวจที่ดิน ในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและให้ปิดประกาศนั้นณที่ว่าการ อำเภอและบ้านกำนันในตำบลที่อยู่ในเขตสำรวจประกาศ ของคณะกรรมการดังกล่าวให้มีแผนที่ประเมินเขต ที่ดินที่กำหนดให้เป็นเขตสำรวจที่ดินไว้ท้ายประกาศ ด้วยแผนที่ดังกล่าวนี้ให้ถือว่าเป็นส่วนแห่งประกาศ
