Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedเมื่อได้จัดให้บุคคลเข้าครอบครอง การออกใบจอง ในที่ดินรายใดแล้วให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ออกใบจอง และออกหนังสือ ๑๙ ลงวันที่๑๓ธันวาคมพุทธศักราช๒๕๑๕ ๓๐ ให้ไว้เป็นหลักฐานก่อนและเมื่อปรากฏแก่พนักงาน แสดงสิทธิในที่ดิน เจ้าหน้าที่ว่า บุคคลที่ได้จัดให้เข้าครอบครองที่ดินได้ทำ ประโยชน์ในที่ดินและทั้งได้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการ กำหนดโดยครบถ้วนแล้วก็ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ออก หนังสือแสดงสิทธิในที่ดินให้โดยเร็ว
