ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจแต่งตั้ง ตั้งอนุกรรมการ คณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินกิจการ ของคณะกรรมการ จัดที่ดินแห่งชาติ อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งแล้วรายงานคณะกรรมการ ให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๗มาตรา ๑๘และ มาตรา ๑๙มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
