ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๖บุคคลใด ที่ดินเอกชน ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิครอบครองในที่ดิน ก่อนวันที่ประมวล (สิทธิครอบครอง) กฎหมายนี้ใช้บังคับให้มีสิทธิครอบครองสืบไปและให้ คุ้มครองตลอดถึงผู้รับโอนด้วย
