Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedนับแต่วันที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ อำนาจการ แจ้งให้ทราบตามความในมาตรา ๕๒ให้อธิบดีมี ครอบครองและ อำนาจครอบครองที่ดินนั้นทันที และให้ผู้มีสิทธิใน ระยะเวลาต้อง ที่ดินบริวาร ผู้เช่า ผู้อาศัยและบุคคลอื่นใดที่อยู่ใน ออกจากที่ดิน ๓๖ ที่ดินนั้น ออกจากที่ดินภายในกำหนดหนึ่งปี ในกรณีที่มีสัญญาเช่าที่ดินแปลงนั้นอยู่ ก็ให้ กรณีมีการเช่าอยู่ สัญญาเช่าเป็นอันระงับไปในวันที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ แจ้งให้ผู้มีสิทธิในที่ดินทราบว่าอธิบดีจะใช้อำนาจ จำหน่าย
