เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้จัดทำ ห้ามบุคคลอื่นย้าย หลักหมายเขตที่ดินหรือได้สร้างหมุดหลักฐานเพื่อการ ทำลายหลักเขต แผนที่ลงไว้ในที่ใด ห้ามมิให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดนอกจาก พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทำลายดัดแปลงเคลื่อนย้ายถอดถอน หลักหมายเขตหรือหมุดหลักฐานเพื่อการแผนที่นั้นไป จากที่เดิมเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าพนักงานที่ดิน
