เพื่อประโยชน์แก่การรังวัดให้ เจ้าหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจ (๑)เรียกผู้มีสิทธิในที่ดินข้างเคียงมาระวังแนว รังวัด เขตและลงชื่อรับทราบแนวเขตที่ดินของตน (๒)เรียกให้บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้ถ้อยคำ หรือสั่งให้ส่งเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการสอบสวน
