Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedเมื่อบุคคลใดมีความจำเป็นที่ ขออนุญาต จะต้องกระทำการตามความในมาตรา ๖๗ให้ยื่นคำร้อง ย้ายหลัก ต่อเจ้าพนักงานที่ดินเพื่อขออนุญาต ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานที่ดินไม่อนุญาต ให้ กรณีไม่อนุญาต เจ้าของที่ดินมีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อรัฐมนตรีได้ ภายในสิบ ห้าวันนับจากวันทราบคำสั่งไม่อนุญาตให้รัฐมนตรีสั่ง ภายในหกสิบวันนับจากวันได้รับอุทธรณ์ คำสั่ง รัฐมนตรีให้เป็นที่สุด ถ้ารัฐมนตรีไม่สั่งภายในกำหนดหกสิบวัน อนุญาตโดย ปริยาย ดังกล่าวในวรรคก่อนให้ถือว่าอนุญาต
