วิธเสียเงินอากรและเงินเพิ่มอากรดังบัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๑๓ หรือมาตรา ๑๑๔ให้เสียโดยวิธีชำระเป็นตัวเงินต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ เมื่อได้รับชำระเงินแล้วให้ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ออกใบรับเงินและสลักหลังตราสาร หรือทำหลักฐานขึ้นในกรณีไม่มีตราสาร ทั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงการรับเงินอากรและเงินเพิ่มอากรถ้ามี ตลอดทั้งชื่อและตำบลที่อยู่ของผู้เสียเงินแล้วลงชื่อ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่และวันเดือนปีไว้เป็นสำคัญ ๑๖)พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๒ -
