Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedนอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระตามมาตรา ๑๓ตรี กรรมการซึ่งรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งพ้นจากตำแหน่ง เมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) รัฐมนตรีให้ออก
(๔) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ หรือเป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๕) ได้ับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก เว้นแต่เป็นโทษสำหรับความผิด ที่ได้กระทำโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ ในกรณีที่กรรมการพ้นจากตำแหน่งก่อนวาระ ให้รัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งผู้อื่นเป็นกรรมการ แทน กรรมการซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งตามวรรคสองอยู่ในตำแหน่งได้เพียงเท่ากำหนดเวลาของผู้ซึ่ง ตนแทน
