Section ๑๒ ทวิ

เมื่อได้ีคำสั่งยึดหรืออายัดตามมาตรา ๑๒แล้วห้ มผู้ใดทำลาย ย้ายไปเสีย ซ่อนเร้น หรือโอนไปให้แก่บุคคลอื่นซึ่งทรัพย์สินที่ถูกยึดหรืออายัดดังกล่าว
