คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทยโดยไม่มีใบผ่านภาษี อากรซึ่งต้องมีตามความในประมวลรัฎากรนี้ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพับาทหรือจำคุกไม่ เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน
