ผู้รับอนุญาตหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่ส่งเอกสารหรือ วัตถุใดแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๑ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท
