ผู้ใดยักย้าย ซ่อนเร้น เอาไปเสีย ทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้สูญหายหรือ ไร้ประโยชน์ หรือรับไว้โดยมิชอบด้วยประการใดซึ่งทรัพย์สินที่มีคำสั่งยึดหรืออายัดหรือที่ตนรู้ว่าจะถูกยึด หรืออายัดตามมาตรา ๗๓ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสามแสนบาท หรือ ทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
