กรรมการ อนุกรรมการ หรือสมาชิกของคณะทำงานตามประมวลกฎหมายนี้ เลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. รองเลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. เจ้าพนักงาน ป.ป.ส. หรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามประมวล กฎหมายนี้ ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดเสียเอง ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่าของโทษ ที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก หนา้ ๗๖
