กรรมการ อนุกรรมการ หรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามประมวลกฎหมายนี้ หรือ เจ้าพนักงานหรือข้าราชการผู้ใดกระทำความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการหรือกระทำความผิด ต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในการยุติธรรมตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในประมวลกฎหมายอาญาอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำ ความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่าของโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
