ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมือง สมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น ข้าราชการ พนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น พนักงานองค์การหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ กรรมการหรือผู้บริหารหรือ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ เจ้าพนักงาน หรือกรรมการองค์กรต่าง ๆ ตามรัฐธรรมนูญผู้ใดกระทำ ความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่าของโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
