ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๑/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การสิ้นสุดของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย เพื่อความสงบเรียบร้อยในการปกครองประเทศ จึงให้ยกเลิกประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๕/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๒ เดือนพฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การสิ้นสุดชั่วคราว ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และให้ใช้ข้อความตามประกาศฉบับนี้ ๑. รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๐ สิ้นสุดลง ยกเว้นหมวด ๒ ๒. คณะรัฐมนตรีรักษาการ สิ้นสุดลง ๓. วุฒิสภา ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามจำนวนสมาชิกวุฒิสภาที่มีอยู่ ณ วันที่ประกาศฉบับนี้ มีผลบังคับใช้ ๔. ศาลทั้งหลาย คงมีอำนาจดำเนินการพิจารณาและพิพากษาอรรถคดีตามบทกฎหมาย และประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ๕. องค์กรอิสระ และองค์กรอื่น ตามรัฐธรรมนูญ พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๐ ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
