ให้กรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ตามมาตรา ๔๓ (๕) และ
(๖) ได้รับค่าตอบแทน เป็นเบี้ยประชุมเป็นรายครั้ง เฉพาะครั้งที่มาประชุม ครั้งละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท ให้จเรตำรวจแห่งชาติซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่กรรมการและเลขานุการ ก.ร.ตร. ได้รับค่าตอบแทน เป็นเบี้ยประชุมเป็นรายครั้ง เฉพาะครั้งที่มาประชุม ในอัตราเบี้ยประชุมกึ่งหนึ่งของกรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ตามวรรคหนึ่ง
