ให้กรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ตามมาตรา ๔๓ (๕) และ
(๖) และจเรตำรวจแห่งชาติ ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่กรรมการและเลขานุการ ก.ร.ตร. ซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่แล้วก่อนวันที่ พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ มีสิทธิได้รับประโยชน์ตอบแทนและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางไปราชการ ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดังกล่าว
