ให้นายกรัฐมนตรีรักษาการตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ ผู้รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ ภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรี เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๕๗ ก หมายเหตุ :- เหตุผลในการประกาศใช้พระราชกฤษฎีกาฉบับนี้ คือ โดยที่มาตรา ๔๗ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ตำรวจแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ บัญญัติให้กรรมการพิจารณาเรื่องร้องเรียนตำรวจซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่เต็มเวลา ได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่ง ประโยชน์ตอบแทน และค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางเช่นเดียวกับกรรมการพิทักษ์ระบบคุณธรรม ข้าราชการตำรวจ ส่วนกรรมการพิจารณาเรื่องร้องเรียนตำรวจอื่นให้ได้รับตามที่กำหนดในพระราชกฤษฎีกา จึงจำเป็นต้องตราพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ PoweredbyTCPDF(www.tcpdf.org)
