คำสั่งคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ที่ ๓๗/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้ผู้มีอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืน หรือวัตถุระเบิดที่สำหรับใช้เฉพาะแต่การสงครามนำส่งมอบ เนื่องด้วยปรากฏว่าได้มีบุคคลจำนวนหนึ่งมีอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืนหรือวัตถุระเบิดสำหรับ ใช้เฉพาะแต่การสงครามไว้ในครอบครองอันเป็นความผิดตามกฎหมาย คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงมีคำสั่งให้ผู้ที่มีอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืนหรือวัตถุระเบิด ดังกล่าว นำมามอบให้ นายทะเบียนท้องที่ ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืน วัตถุระเบิด ดอกไม้เพลิงและสิ่งเทียมอาวุธปืน พ.ศ.๒๔๙๐ ภายในวันที่ ๑๐ มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ ให้ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งนี้ไม่ต้องรับโทษ ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในกฎหมายว่าด้วยอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืน วัตถุระเบิด ดอกไม้เพลิงและสิ่งเทียม อาวุธปืน พ.ศ.๒๔๙๐ สำหรับผู้ที่ฝ่าฝืนให้มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สองปีถึงยี่สิบปี ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป สั่ง ณ วันที่ ๒๙ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
