เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนพิเศษ ๑๑๕ ง หนา้ ๖๗ คำสั่งคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ที่ ๓/๒๕๖๒ เรื่อง แต่งตั้งกรรมกำรในคณะกรรมกำรสลำกกินแบ่งรัฐบำล ตำมที่ได้มีคำสั่งหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (เฉพำะ) ที่ ๑๑/๒๕๕๘ เรื่อง มำตรกำร แก้ไขปัญหำที่เกิดจำกกำรจำหน่ายสลำกกินแบ่งรัฐบำล ลงวันที่ ๑ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๘ กำหนดให้คณะรักษำควำมสงบแห่งชำติ แต่งตั้งบุคคลจำนวนไม่เกินสำมคนมำเป็นกรรมกำรในคณะกรรมกำร สลำกกินแบ่งรัฐบำลนั้น อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในข้อ ๓ (๙) ของคำสั่งดังกล่ำว คณะรักษำควำมสงบแห่งชำติ จึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้ ๑. ให้ยกเลิกคำสั่งคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (เฉพำะ) ที่ ๑๒/๒๕๕๘ เรื่อง แต่งตั้งกรรมกำร ในคณะกรรมกำรสลำกกินแบ่งรัฐบำล ลงวันที่ ๑ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๘ ๒. แต่งตั้งกรรมกำรในคณะกรรมกำรสลำกกินแบ่งรัฐบำล จำนวน ๓ คน ดังนี้ ๒.๑ พลเอก ศักดำ เนียมคำ ๒.๒ พลตำรวจโท สุวัฒน์ แจ้งยอดสุข ๒.๓ ผู้ช่วยศำสตรำจำรย์ธนวรรธน์ พลวิชัย ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป สั่ง ณ วันที่ ๘ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๒ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชำ หัวหน้ำคณะรักษำควำมสงบแห่งชำติ
