การขุดดินที่มีความลึกจากระดับพื้นดินเกินสามเมตรหรือมีพื้นที่ปากบ่อดินเกินหนึ่งหมื่น ตารางเมตร ต้องมีแบบแปลน รายการประกอบแบบแปลน และรายการคำนวณของผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ เล่ม ๑๒๒ ตอนที่ ๒๕ ก ประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา ไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับสามัญวิศวกร ตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยวิศวกร
