บรรดาคดีของท้องที่อำเภอจอมทองและอำเภอฮอด ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ใน ศาลแขวงเชียงใหม่ในวันเปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดฮอด ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาต่อไปในศาลแขวงเชียงใหม่ เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๓๐ ก บรรดาคดีของท้องที่ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างที่ศาลแขวงเชียงใหม่มีคำสั่ง ให้ผัดฟ้องหรือให้ขังผู้ต้องหาไว้ระหว่างสอบสวน แล้วแต่กรณี ในวันเปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดฮอด ให้ศาลแขวงเชียงใหม่มีอำนาจพิจารณาเกี่ยวกับการผัดฟ้องหรือขังระหว่างสอบสวนนั้นต่อไป
