บรรดาคดีของท้องที่อำเภอกัลยาณิวัฒนา ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาต่อไปในศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ บรรดาคดีของท้องที่ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างที่ศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีคำสั่ง ให้ผัดฟ้องหรือให้ขังผู้ต้องหาไว้ระหว่างสอบสวน แล้วแต่กรณี ในวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ให้ศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีอำนาจพิจารณาเกี่ยวกับการผัดฟ้องหรือขังระหว่างสอบสวนนั้นต่อไป
