กรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. มีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งสี่ปี และให้ดำรงตำแหน่งได้เพียง วาระเดียว ให้กรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป จนกว่ากรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ซึ่งได้รับเลือกใหม่เข้ารับหน้าที่ ให้นำความในมาตรา ๓๑ วรรคหนึ่ง วรรคสอง และวรรคสาม มาใช้บังคับแก่การประชุม ก.ร.ตร. โดยอนุโลม และให้ ก.ร.ตร. มีอำนาจออกข้อบังคับว่าด้วยการประชุมและการลงมติของ ก.ร.ตร.
