ในการประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หากมีกรณีที่ต้องจ่ายเบี้ยประชุม หรือค่าตอบแทนไม่ว่าจะเรียกว่าอย่างใดให้แก่ผู้ร่วมประชุม ให้จ่ายเบี้ยประชุมหรือค่าตอบแทนนั้นให้แก่ ผู้ร่วมประชุมซึ่งได้แสดงตนเข้าร่วมประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้วย
