การส่งหนังสือเชิญประชุมและเอกสารประกอบการประชุม จะส่งโดยจดหมาย อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้ ในการนี้ ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดการประชุมต้องจัดเก็บสำเนาหนังสือเชิญประชุมและเอกสาร ประกอบการประชุมไว้เป็นหลักฐาน โดยจะจัดเก็บในรูปข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้
