ให้มาตรฐานการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของการประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่ออกตามประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๗๔/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การประชุมผ่าน สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ลงวันที่ ๒๗ มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่ พระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคงใช้บังคับต่อไปได้เพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชกำหนดนี้จนกว่า จะมีมาตรฐานการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของการประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ออกตาม พระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ
