รายได้ของสถาบัน ประกอบด้วย
(๑) เงินอุดหนุนทั่วไปที่รัฐบาลจัดสรรให้ตามความเหมาะสม
(๒) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคให้
(๓) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินอื่นที่ตกเป็นของสถาบัน
(๔) รายได้จากค่าบริการทางการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินและการดำเนินกิจการของสถาบัน
(๕) ดอกผลของเงินหรือทรัพย์สินตาม (๑) (๒) (๓) และ
(๔) เงินและทรัพย์สินของสถาบันไม่ต้องนำส่งกระทรวงการคลังเป็นรายได้ของแผ่นดินตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยเงินคงคลังและกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีการงบประมาณ เล่ม ๑๒๕ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก
