(๑) เงินและทรัพย์สินที่ได้รับโอนมาตามมาตรา ๓๙
(๒) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้อุทิศให้เป็นทุน
(๓) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินอื่นที่รับโอนจากทางราชการหรือองค์การของรัฐบาล เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๓๓ ก
