ให้จัดตั้งการยาสูบขึ้น เรียกว่า “การยาสูบแห่งประเทศไทย” เรียกโดยย่อว่า “ยสท.” และให้ใช้ชื่อเป็นภาษาอังกฤษว่า “TobaccoAuthority of Thailand” เรียกโดยย่อว่า “TOAT” และ ให้มีตราเครื่องหมายของ “ยสท.” รูปลักษณะของตราเครื่องหมายตามวรรคหนึ่งให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
