Section ๑๐
ให้เงิน หลักทรัพย์ หรือตราสารอื่นใดที่สมาชิกได้ดำรงไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักประกัน การใช้สภาพคล่อง การชำระดุล หรือเพื่อการอื่นใดในระบบการชำระเงินที่มีความสำคัญได้รับ ความคุ้มครอง โดยไม่ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินที่อาจแบ่งแก่เจ้าหนี้ของสมาชิกในคดีล้มละลาย และเมื่อ ธปท. ได้ดำเนินการบังคับกับหลักประกันแล้วเหลือเป็นจำนวนเท่าใด ให้นำส่งกองทรัพย์สินของลูกหนี้
