ในกรณีที่ศาลมีคำสั่งรับคำร้องขอให้ฟื้นฟูกิจการหรือมีคำสั่งพิทักษ์ทรัพย์ ของสมาชิก ให้การโอนเงิน การชำระดุล หรือการหักบัญชีของสมาชิกผ่านระบบการชำระเงินที่มี ความสำคัญที่ได้ดำเนินการก่อนเวลาที่ศาลมีคำสั่งสามารถดำเนินการได้ต่อไปจนเสร็จสิ้นตามหลักเกณฑ์ ของระบบ แต่ไม่เกินสิ้นวันของวันที่ศาลมีคำสั่งนั้น และมีผลสมบูรณ์ไม่สามารถเพิกถอน กลับรายการ แก้ไข หยุด หรือระงับได้ เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๑๑๐ ก
