ให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณาอุทธรณ์พิจารณาอุทธรณ์ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในกำหนด หนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พนักงานศุลกากรได้รับอุทธรณ์และมีเอกสารหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวกับการอุทธรณ์ นั้นครบถ้วน ในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็น คณะกรรมการพิจารณาอุทธรณ์อาจขยายระยะเวลาพิจารณาอุทธรณ์ ออกไปอีกได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินเก้าสิบวัน
