คณะกรรมการพิจารณาอุทธรณ์มีอำนาจแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อปฏิบัติการ อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามที่จะมอบหมาย ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๓๕ มาใช้บังคับกับการประชุมของคณะอนุกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่ง โดยอนุโลม
