หีบห่อหรือภาชนะบรรจุของที่จะนำเข้ามาในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องมีเครื่องหมายหรือเลขหมายกำกับหีบห่อหรือภาชนะบรรจุของนั้น และต้องแสดงเครื่องหมายหรือ เลขหมายนั้นไว้ในเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับของนั้นด้วย
