ในกรณีที่มีการส่งมอบอาวุธปืน กระสุนปืน ดินปืน หรือวัตถุระเบิดไว้แก่ พนักงานศุลกากรตามมาตรา ๖๗
(๔) เมื่อเรือลำนั้นจะออกจากเขตท่าที่เป็นด่านศุลกากร ให้คืนของดังกล่าว แก่นายเรือ
