เรือทุกลำเว้นแต่เรือของทางราชการที่จะออกจากท่าต้องชักธงลาขึ้นที่เสาหน้าไว้ จนกว่าเรือจะออก ถ้าเรือจะออกเวลาบ่ายให้ชักธงลาขึ้นไว้แต่เช้า ถ้าเรือจะออกเวลาเช้าให้ชักธงลาขึ้นไว้ ตั้งแต่บ่ายวันก่อน
