บรรดาบัญชี เอกสารและหลักฐานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเสียอากร หรือการปฏิบัติ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าทำเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศ อธิบดีอาจสั่งให้ผู้ยื่นบัญชี เอกสารหรือหลักฐาน ดังกล่าว จัดการแปลเป็นภาษาไทยให้เสร็จและส่งภายในกำหนดเวลาที่เห็นสมควร
