ในกรณีที่ผู้ นำของเข้า ผู้ส่งของออก หรือบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง ร้องขอให้ดำเนิน พิธีการศุลกากรหรือให้บริการใด ๆ ในทางศุลกากร ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือกฎหมายว่าด้วยพิกัดอัตรา ศุลกากร เมื่อได้รับความเห็นชอบจากอธิบดีแล้ว ให้ดำเนินการตามที่ร้องขอได้
