ผู้ใดทำลายหรือทำให้เสียหายแก่เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินอากาศ ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการเดินอากาศ หรือทำให้การทำงานของเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกดังกล่าวขัดข้อง ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุหรือน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายต่อความปลอดภัยของอากาศยานในระหว่างการบิน ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต จำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่ หกแสนบาทถึงแปดแสนบาท เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๑๐ ก
