ผู้ใดโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควรเข้าไปหรือซ่อนตัวอยู่ในอากาศยานในระหว่างบริการ หรือไม่ยอมออกไปเมื่อผู้ควบคุมอากาศยานได้สั่งให้ออกไปจากอากาศยาน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
