ผู้อยู่ในอากาศยานในระหว่างการบินผู้ใดกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังต่อไปนี้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
(๑) กระทำต่อร่างกายผู้อื่นอันเป็นการมุ่งหมายในทางเพศ
(๒) กระทำการอันควรขายหน้าต่อหน้าธารกำนัลโดยเปลือยหรือเปิดเผยส่วนของร่างกาย หรือ
(๓) ใช้วาจาลวนลามหรือแสดงกิริยาท่าทางอันเป็นการลามกอย่างอื่น
