ผู้อยู่ในอากาศยานในระหว่างการบินผู้ใดทำให้เครื่องตรวจจับควันหรืออุปกรณ์อื่นใด ในอากาศยานที่เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของอากาศยานไม่ทำงาน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
