ในกรณีที่มีผู้ถูกควบคุมตัวตามมาตรา ๒๖ อยู่ในอากาศยานไทย ให้ผู้ควบคุม อากาศยานแจ้งการควบคุมพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวกับความผิดในอากาศยานของประเทศที่ อากาศยานจะลงสู่พื้นทราบโดยเร็วที่สุดที่จะทำได้ และหากเป็นไปได้ให้แจ้งก่อนอากาศยานลงสู่พื้น
