การร้องขอความช่วยเหลือขอใช้สิทธิในการพบและเยี่ยมเยียนเด็ก ให้ทำตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่ผู้ประสานงานกลางกำหนด เล่ม ๑๓๐ ตอนที่ ๒ ก บุพการี ผู้ปกครอง ผู้มีสิทธิควบคุมดูแลเด็ก ผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม หรือผู้ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเด็ก ในทำนองเดียวกัน เป็นผู้มีสิทธิร้องขอความช่วยเหลือตามวรรคหนึ่ง การดำเนินการเพื่อให้มีการใช้สิทธิในการพบและเยี่ยมเยียนเด็ก ให้นำบทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับการร้องขอ ให้ส่งตัวเด็กกลับคืนในหมวดนี้มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
