การประดับเหรียญเฉลิมพระเกียรติหรือเหรียญที่ระลึกให้ประดับได้อย่าง เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ หากไม่ประดับอย่างเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ จะประดับโดยใช้ห้อยคอหรือโดยวิธีอื่น ที่สมควรโดยไม่มีแพรแถบก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ตามที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
